Express Chef Limited began in 1991 supplying fresh chilled products to
hotels, restaurants, casinos, sports venues, conference centres and
contract caterers.
We soon realised that there was a demand for fresh handmade
patisserie, due to the trend of closing down “in house” pastry sections. To
meet this demand we decided to open our own wholesale pastry kitchen.
We have expanded our production capability considerably since those
early days, without compromising our ideals of making hand made
products using traditional methods and quality fresh ingredients.

Our comprehensive product range is constantly evolving to meet the
needs of our clients, with our award winning Head Chef Franz Liemann
using his vast knowledge and skill to develop new and exciting products.
In addition to our standard range we offer a bespoke service.
Our clients find this service invaluable as it enables them to have
products made to their exact specification and thus enabling them
flexibility when designing menus.
Express Chef is located in Park Royal, London NW10. This allows us
fast access into London, including the Congestion Charge zone, and to
all motorways out of London. We offer daily scheduled deliveries using
refrigerated vans covering the area bounded by The Midlands to the
South Coast. Deliveries outside this area are possible, subject to order
value.

We are accredited to the higher level of CMI for food safety, and are
regularly audited by independent inspectors for compliance to these
standards.
