Express Chef Limited began in 1991 supplying fresh chilled products to hotels, restaurants, casinos, sports venues, conference centres and contract caterers.
We soon realised that there was a demand for fresh handmade patisserie, due to the trend of closing down “in house” pastry sections. To meet this demand we decided to open our own wholesale pastry kitchen.
We have expanded our production capability considerably since those early days, without compromising our ideals of making hand made products using traditional methods and quality fresh ingredients.
